Are we calling it a hike or half marathon?

So this week has been very uneventful. I have just been setting up my classroom, meal prepping(I have to bring lunch to school every day) and going on hikes. Nothing too fun. One hike that I went on with my roommates was fun! We were all excited to go up Harbor Mountain, but we did not know that it was a 7 miles up, and 7 miles down. So on mile 3, Julia and I were ready for a nap.The hike was beautiful, we were able to get up there by sunset and saw one of the light auras that happen if it is dark enough, and you time your hike right. It was beautiful and so Alaska. So the 7 miles was not terrible...I guess. This weekend I am volunteering at the local farmers market Co-Op to get some service hours in! I also here that at the end you may get free food. Shocker it did not rain here much this week. Sunday my roommates and I are also going garage sale hopping to get some good deals. Last weekend I was able to get a light for FREE! Updates on sale finds to come!
